They say time flies when you're having fun! Well, I don’t know about you, but I felt like this summer flew by. Mainly because I was finally able to take some long awaited vacations, but also because this real estate market has kept me very busy! With my travel schedule slowing down, I am looking forward to a month back at home, making treasured memories with family and friends.
This fall, to celebrate my ten-year anniversary in real estate and to thank the wonderful clients who have supported me on this journey, I delivered mums to over twenty client homes - a festive surprise and vibrant token of my appreciation.
I am so appreciative of the people who have supported me over the last decade and I was so thrilled to be able to thank many of them in person during my recent client appreciation event. This industry is certainly not for the faint of heart, but nothing makes me happier than serving my clients and seeing their continued success. Here's to the next 10!
With things slowly returning to “normal,” I am anxious to see how this real estate market will continue to react. I predict continued shortfalls in inventory and a strong seller’s market for the coming months. So, don’t stay on the sidelines if you are wanting to make a move! It is never too early to start strategizing.
